Service Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

Identify and approach new customers for workshop services, including servicing, mechanical, electrical, AC and diagnostic repairs. Conduct regular outdoor visits to companies, and car dealers. Develop and secure corporate and fleet maintenance agreements. Build relationships with insurance companies, brokers and leasing companies to generate referral business. Present the company's services, packages and promotions clearly and professionally. Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the Service Advisor and management. Follow up on leads, quotations and enquiries until business is closed. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain an up-to-date record of visits, leads and customer contacts in the CRM or workshop system. Gather market information on competitor services, pricing and customer needs. Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events when required. Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical diploma or bachelor's degree; a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage. 2–5 years of field or outdoor sales experience in the UAE, preferably in automotive services, spare parts, lubricants, tyres or related sectors. Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory). An existing network of corporate or fleet contacts in Abu Dhabi is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently in the field. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair services. Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM). Fluent English; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
