Sales Representative

Role Overview We are looking for a driven and technically-savvy HVAC Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue across HVAC contracting, AMC, and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with a working knowledge of HVAC systems, and is comfortable meeting clients, consultants, and contractors across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in HVAC contracting, AMC, and MEP-related services Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and RFQ responses in coordination with the technical/engineering team Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and scope potential projects Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales forecasts Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth handover after sale closure Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the UAE HVAC sector

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, or related technical/contracting industries Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, FCUs, AMC) preferred Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Added Advantage Existing network of contacts among consultants, contractors, or facility management companies in the UAE Experience with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales What We Offer Competitive base salary Attractive incentive/commission structure on sales achieved Career growth opportunities within a growing HVAC/MEP contracting company Exposure to premium projects and clients across Dubai Employment Type Full-time
