Sales Support Coordinator
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Jacky's Business Solutions is looking for a proactive, organized and quick-learning individual to support B2B sales growth, lead and marketing coordination across multiple business units. The role is suitable for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional who wants to grow within B2B sales support, CRM coordination, marketing support, customer engagement and technology solutions. The selected candidate will act as a first-level coordinator for incoming and assigned leads, ensure timely follow-up with relevant sales and solution teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and support marketing and digital content activities. The role requires strong ownership, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders. Lead Coordination and First-Level Qualification Act as the first point of contact for B2B leads received through website inquiries, campaigns, events, referrals, partner channels and other sources. Qualify leads by understanding the customer requirement, business need, product interest, urgency and next action required. Route qualified leads to the relevant sales, product or solution team across B2B units. Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure leads are actioned on time and not left unattended. Maintain clear records of customer communication, lead source, interest area, lead status, next step and ownership. CRM Coordination and Data Discipline Update and maintain lead, contact and opportunity details in Zoho CRM. Monitor lead status, pending follow-ups, inactive leads and pipeline movement. Support CRM usage discipline through timely updates, reminders and basic data hygiene checks. Prepare basic CRM reports on lead activity, follow-up status, campaign response and pipeline movement. Sales and Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with sales, product, service and solution leads to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-through. Track open leads and remind relevant stakeholders on pending actions. Support communication between sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion. Escalate delayed or unattended leads to the relevant manager where required. Maintain professional and responsive communication with internal teams and external customers. Marketing and Digital Content Support Support the marketing team in B2B campaign coordination, content planning and digital lead generation activities. Assist in preparing basic content inputs for email campaigns, social media posts, product highlights, brochures, presentations and customer communication. Coordinate with product and sales teams to collect solution details, case studies, customer pain points and campaign ideas. Share feedback with marketing on campaign responses, lead quality and customer queries. Assist with future B2B marketing roadmap activities such as segment-based outreach, product-focused campaigns, and customer database enrichment. Product and Solution Understanding Develop a working understanding of Jacky's B2B product and solution portfolio across relevant business units. Learn key customer segments, industry use cases and solution positioning. Understand which internal team should handle each type of lead or opportunity. Continuously improve knowledge of technology products, business solutions, service offerings and customer requirements. Basic Reporting and Continuous Improvement Prepare simple weekly or monthly updates on lead activity, follow-up status, CRM hygiene and campaign response. Highlight missed opportunities, slow-moving leads and pending internal actions. Share practical observations to improve lead response time, and sales follow-through. Support management with basic tracking, coordination and reporting as required. Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be energetic, curious, disciplined and willing to learn. The candidate should be able to take ownership of assigned tasks, follow up consistently, communicate professionally and coordinate with multiple teams. The candidate should have an interest in B2B sales, marketing, CRM, technology products and customer engagement, with the willingness to grow into a broader commercial role over time. Qualification and Experience Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, lead generation, marketing coordination, customer service, Telecalls, CRM coordination or business development support. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, commerce, IT or a related field preferred. Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred; Zoho CRM knowledge will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Experience in technology, electronics, IT solutions, robotics, AV, service, education technology or B2B sales environment will be an added advantage but is not mandatory. Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional email and phone communication etiquette. Good stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills. Ability to learn products, solutions and internal processes quickly. Basic understanding of lead cycle, sales funnel and customer follow-up. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools. Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain accurate records. Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaign support or content coordination. Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple leads and tasks. Positive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to grow with the role.
