Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong development expertise who can work closely with business users and the Business Analyst to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is technical solution design and development, including participating in discussions with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions. The candidate should be capable of independently owning development activities from technical design through deployment while ensuring alignment with business expectations. Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce components following best practices Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Build and maintain integrations with external applications Support deployments across Sandbox and Production environments Desired Candidate Profile 6 8 years of Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable/Future Classes, SOQL & SOSL, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, DevOps Center, Gearset Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant Get real-time job updates only on our App
