SAS Consultant

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform end-to-end incentive processing with accuracy and timeliness Perform ad-hoc business incentives simulation, data analysis requests with quick turnaround Hands-on experience with MS Excel and knowledge of SQL, SAS, PowerBI or similar BI and Analytical tools will be added advantage Automate recurring tasks, simulations, processes, adjustments to reduce manual effort Develop and maintain incentive-related datasets for analysis, insights and ad-hoc requests Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in outputs Effective workload prioritization Manage data-related challenges, timely communication with management and stakeholders for timely corrective actions where required Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Holds relevant SAS certifications (e.g., SAS Certified Professional), demonstrating a strong commitment to SAS expertise. Has a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in SAS programming and data analysis within the Banking or Finance industry. Demonstrates a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
