Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a senior sales account manager and digital transformation advisor. The Senior Sales Account Manager, Digital Transformation Advisor, will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Account Manager, Digital Transformation Advisor, will also be responsible for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills Excellent Lead Generation skills Effective Communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and build solid business partnerships. Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills Experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Bachelor s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, computer engineering, communication engineering, or a relevant field. 4 10 years of technology-related sales or account management experience Good knowledge of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions Fluent English speaker Have confidence in communicating with C-level executives. Self-motivated and team player Cloud/security certification is a plus. Experience with Microsoft technologies is preferred. Simplicity and speed are taken to the max.
