Senior Accountant

Manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Handle project accounting and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and process client invoices and follow up on collections. Process supplier payments against engineer certifications and completion certificates. Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities. Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns in accordance with UAE tax regulations. Maintain supporting documentation for audits, payments, and project transactions. Coordinate with project, procurement, management, and finance teams as required. Ensure accurate and timely billing, payment processing, and financial compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

CA Intermediate / CMA (India) / CFA Level 1 or 2 with approximately 3–4 years of Accounts & Finance experience, OR BCom with 10+ years of relevant experience. Strong hands-on experience in general accounting, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and project accounting. Good knowledge of UAE VAT requirements and quarterly VAT filing. Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software. Good communication and coordination skills. Fluency in English and Hindi preferred. Experience in contracting, fit-out, construction, or project-based businesses will be an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
