Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate Frontend Engineer (React) to take ownership of the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications. In this role, you will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, lead feature delivery, and ensure engineering excellence across the development lifecycle while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of frontend features from requirement clarification and design alignment through development, testing, and deployment ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable React applications that deliver exceptional user experience. Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions, including component structure, state management strategy, and scalability considerations. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Ensure code quality and engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Actively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and robustness of applications. Lead and guide junior developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support within project workstreams. Contribute to CI/CD processes and release activities, supporting smooth deployments and issue resolution. Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional frontend development experience, with demonstrated ownership of feature delivery. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, modern patterns). Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query). Solid understanding of API integration (REST, asynchronous patterns). Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress). Proven ability to deliver in agile, fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR). Exposure to micro-frontend architecture and modular frontend design. Strong understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility (WCAG standards). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker). Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments is a plus.
