Senior | Audit and Assurance | Assurance Operations Support | JRC During your tenure as a Senior in the Assurance Operations Support role, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas Support day-to-day operational activities and provide hands-on assistance in managing business priorities effectively. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership and key stakeholders. Analyze business and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Review data for accuracy, trends, and performance indicators, and highlight areas requiring attention or improvement. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics and provide clear visibility on business performance. Translate data and analysis into clear, concise slides and updates for meetings and executive discussions. Work proactively with stakeholders across the business to address operational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Support leadership with structured analysis, reporting, and presentation materials to facilitate effective planning and review. Contribute to building a more data-driven approach to operations through strong reporting, analytics, and insight generation. Demonstrate ability to apply AI in an audit context to improve efficiency and quality (e.g., relevant use cases), including prompt engineering fundamentals and structured problem-solving. Exercise professional scepticism when using AI-generated outputs validates accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before use in audit documentation/workpapers. Understand responsible AI expectations in professional services, including governance/risk considerations, confidentiality and data integrity, and use of firm-approved AI tools (including Deloitte-specific tools where applicable). Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical recommendations. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, preferably with one of the big four. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations for leadership audiences. Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong ability to manage and review data accurately, identify trends, and support performance analysis. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in dealing with senior leadership. Ability to balance operational support with continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
