SENIOR CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Lead projects from mobilization to completion and handover. Manage project scope, budget, programme, resources, quality, and HSE requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultant, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Lead and manage construction, engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, commercial, and procurement teams. Monitor progress against approved schedules and budgets and implement corrective actions. Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and external works. Review drawings, specifications, method statements, material submissions, RFIs, and technical issues. Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements. Identify and manage risks, variations, delays, claims, and EOT requirements. Conduct progress and coordination meetings and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable Oman regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Lead snagging, testing, documentation, commissioning, and final project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven track record in large-scale building construction projects. Experience with commercial, residential, hotel, hospital, institutional, or mixed-use developments. Strong Oman/GCC construction experience preferred. Experience managing projects of OMR 10 million+ is an advantage. Professional certification such as PMP / RICS / CIOB is an advantage. Strong knowledge of building construction, project management, contracts, planning, and cost control. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple disciplines, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements. Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Candidates currently based in Oman or with proven GCC project experience. Employment Type Full-time
