Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver data strategy and data governance engagements across multiple client programs. Define enterprise data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives and national regulations. Design and implement data governance and AI governance frameworks, operating models, and policies. Support data quality, metadata management, and master data initiatives. Advise clients on compliance with Saudi data regulations including PDPL, NDMO, and NDI. Assess current-state data maturity and define target-state roadmaps and transformation plans. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure governance frameworks are embedded into data platforms. Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, strategic cases, and executive materials. Contribute to proposal development, solution shaping, estimations, and commercial discussions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to EY methodologies and knowledge assets. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong understanding of data strategy, AI strategy, data governance, and AI governance concepts. Hands-on experience with data quality, metadata, lineage, and reference data frameworks. Good working knowledge of SQL and Python; data modeling and data platform exposure is a plus. Experience with data management and governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, OpenMetadata, Dataplex, or similar. Solid understanding of data management across cloud and on-premise environments. Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders. Proven experience preparing Data & AI proposals, business cases, and client-facing deliverables. Strong business and commercial acumen within a consulting delivery environment. Experience and Qualifications 3 7+ years of experience in Data & AI consulting, with a focus on strategy and governance. Track record of delivering data strategy or governance programs across multiple industries. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience working with public sector or regulated industries is an advantage.
