More Than a Job: A Mission We are seeking a passionate Senior Contract Manager to lead the development and execution of robust contract strategies, working alongside dedicated teams to deliver transformative rail solutions. As a senior leader, you will drive complex negotiations and ensure contractual excellence that shapes the future of mobility in Saudi Arabia. Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable contract management processes for large-scale rail projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and project management to align contract objectives. Ensure reliability in contract execution, monitoring performance and resolving disputes efficiently. Drive innovation in contract structuring, adapting to evolving industry standards and client needs. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to elevate contract management capabilities. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in rail or infrastructure sectors. Expertise in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and project delivery within multinational environments. Deep understanding of commercial, legal, and regulatory frameworks relevant to rail transportation. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to influence and guide teams. How Success Is Measured Timely delivery of contract milestones and achievement of strategic project goals. Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Reduction in contract disputes, improved efficiency, and proactive risk management.

Desired Candidate Profile
