Senior Estimator

Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing project schedule, drawings, BOQ and related documents. Conduct quantity survey for lump sum items to determine the accurate quantity. Coordinate and undertake the preparation of specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations. Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts and productivity analysis reports, etc. into current estimates. Interpret and follow company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met. Prepare and present estimation reports, including breakdowns of costs, assumptions, and justifications.
