Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develops and maintains GIS applications to support geospatial data and intelligence products Ensures that all GIS applications are optimized and user-friendly while meeting the applicable geospatial data standards and policies Collaborates with other geospatial specialists to integrate GIS applications into geospatial products Applies analytical and programming skills to develop optimal GIS applications Monitors GIS applications development processes to ensure quality and timeliness Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of GIS applications development platforms and tools Ability to work well unsupervised and will be able to plan and organise the team s activities.
