Senior Maintenance Engineer - Farms

We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance activities across our farms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of farm equipment, utilities, irrigation systems, and maintenance operations while minimizing downtime and maintaining high safety standards.Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Ensure the efficient operation of farm machinery, irrigation systems, pumps, and utilities.Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare periodic reports.Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company maintenance standards.Coordinate with farm operations to minimize equipment downtime.Participate in maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
