Senior Manager Projects - NCC Energy - KSA This position is responsible for managing, leading, evaluating, and overseeing EPC projects for NCC – Energy to ensure the desired results are achieved. Responsible for the profit and loss of individual projects, and successful completion of projects within specified time frame, establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationship with Owner, subcontractors, regulatory agencies and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of assigned EPC projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco, SEC and contractual, technical, HSE and quality requirements throughout the project cycle. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk, to meet contractual milestones and financial objectives. Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC and HSE. Establish project controls planning, cost control, forecasting and risk management. Lead customer interface and maintain strong relationships with Saudi Aramco, SEC, SWCC and other strategic customers and support the Business Development team with strategic resource planning. Lead project reviews with management and prepare executive reports on schedule, cost, risk, cash flow and resource utilization. Drive project closeout, punch lists, documentation, claims, change orders and financial performance. Develop and lead the NCC Energy PMO, introducing standardized processes, governance and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 18+ years of experience in EPC Project Management, including 10+ years on large EPC / LSTK projects within the Power, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors with ARAMCO, SEC or equivalent international clients is highly preferred. PMP certification or ARAMCO-approved PM certification required. Strong customer relationship management with effective executive communication skills. Strong contracts management and risk management with effective negotiation skills.
