Senior Odoo Technical Lead / Developer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Act as the technical lead for all Odoo related development activities within the organization Review, validate, and guide the work delivered by implementation partners to ensure quality and correctness Challenge and verify technical feasibility when partners highlight limitations, and propose alternative solutions Design and oversee custom module development, enhancements, and system integrations Ensure best practices in coding, customization, and system architecture are followed Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability, and recommend improvements Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external partners for smooth project execution Maintain proper technical documentation and system knowledge base Ensure timely delivery of development milestones and project objectives Support continuous improvement and optimization of ERP processes, especially in manufacturing operations Preferred Candidate Profile 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (v15 and above preferred) Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and QWeb Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and customization Proven experience in ERP implementation within manufacturing or similar industries Strong ability to independently review, challenge, and guide external implementation partners Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Strong ownership mindset with confident decision-making ability Good communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Nationality: Indian (preferred) Age: 28 to 35 years Immediate joiners will be given priority Role: Change Manager Industry Type: FMCG Department: Project & Program Management Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Technology / IT Education UG: B.Sc in Information Technology (IT) Company Industry FMCGFoodsBeverages Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Senior Odoo Technical Lead / Developer Get real-time job updates only on our App
