Manage the full Off-Plan sales cycle: qualify leads, understand client needs, match projects, present, negotiate, close and maintain the relationship after the sale. Advise high-net-worth investors, everyday investors and end users with clear, responsible and commercially sound recommendations. Turn company-generated leads into a well-managed pipeline. Leads are supplied continuously; strong qualification, follow-up and conversion are essential. Keep every company lead accurately and promptly updated in CRM. Desired Candidate Profile

Five+ years of Dubai real-estate sales experience is preferred. Candidates with three+ years may be considered if they can demonstrate exceptional, verifiable Dubai sales results and strong Off-Plan cases. Proven ability to sell Dubai Off-Plan property through the full sales cycle Willingness to work openly with the content team and build a professional personal brand on social media platforms. Professional English for calls, WhatsApp, presentations, negotiation and follow-up. A valid UAE driving licence. A valid DLD/RERA Real Estate Broker Card, or clear eligibility to complete the relevant registration under the company licence. Strong CRM habits, sound judgement and a professional approach to client trust and compliance. Ability to work from the office every working day and attend team meetings. Employment Type Full-time
