Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Inbound GRN verification, GRN submission Outbound Order processing, Backlog/order revision processing, Delivery schedule preparation, Processing Sales return, Processing Credit notes. General DC related reports Wastage expiry report generation, Stock report generation, WMS Transaction reports generation KPI report & other monthly management reports Daily entry of Log sheets in KPI reporting sheets Monthly billing of DC OT & KM confirmation, Verification of inbound details of AMLS records. Verification of other WMS Reports Transaction Report for Export, Transaction Report for Import, GRN/DN Report Export Permits Preparation of Documents to export to Other GCC Market. Sharing the Export documents with the MMB Supply chain team. Import Functions Preparation and coordination with Supply chain and MCD on the Import / Inbound of food products & toys Sharing the documents with concerned team. Fleet Inspection Daily Truck Inspection. Daily Truck Temperature and CTM monitoring. Log sheets verification. Inspection reporting to the Sr. Supervisor. QA and Audit Compliance Daily DC Walk. Monitoring the DC temperature. Reporting of SWA compliance to the supervisor for the verification and action. Backup of Senior Operation Supervisor Providing full support to Sr. Operation Supervisor in full operations. Backup and reliever for Annual leaves.
