Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive organization development strategies and programs.Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across all levels of the organization.Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance enhancement.Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.Collaborate with senior leadership and HR business partners to integrate OD practices into overall business strategy.Design and deliver impactful training and development programs that foster a learning culture.Champion employee engagement initiatives and drive cultural transformation.Evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and continuously refine programs for optimal impact.
