Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project Track project progress and analyze schedule performance Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and recovery plans Conduct delay analysis and support EOT claims preparation Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Monitor project planning and controls in line with contractual requirements Ensure compliance with FIDIC and UAE contractual procedures Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline Proven experience in PMC and Developer-side projects Strong experience in: Large-scale residential developments Horizontal infrastructure projects High-rise and mixed-use developments Waterfront developments Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel/reporting tools Good understanding of FIDIC contracts, EOT claims, and delay analysis UAE/GCC experience is preferred PMP, PSP, or CMI certifications will be an added advantage Preferred Industry Background Candidates from leading PMC, Developer, or Construction companies within the UAE/GCC region will be highly preferred.
