Job Overview
AJi Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing technical and commercial proposals for various projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 7+ years of experience in proposal engineering or tendering. Strong knowledge of technical and commercial proposal preparation. Experience reviewing tender documents, specifications, and contracts. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimation/proposal tools is an advantage.
