Senior QA Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced and quality-driven QA leader to own the end-to-end quality of our embedded and IoT solutions. This role requires defining and executing QA strategy, ensuring robust testing frameworks, and maintaining the highest standards of functionality, performance, and reliability across INTEREL s products and services. The role will play a pivotal part in building and leading a growing team of Embedded QA Engineers, collaborating with external QA partners, and driving test automation and process excellence. Reporting directly to the CTO, the position will act as the gatekeeper for quality, safeguarding product integrity while supporting scalable and efficient product development. What You ll Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience: 7+ years in QA/Testing roles, with at least 2 years in a management or team-lead capacity ideally in a start up environment Proven experience in embedded systems testing with a strong focus on automation Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and using QA automation frameworks Relevant experience in applying automation to improve efficiency, coverage, and reliability Demonstrated experience in embedded communication protocols Demonstrated experience in cloud connected products Demonstrated accountability for QA deliverables, team performance and release quality Experience working in Agile/ Scrum environments with cross-functional teams Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Startup mindset, adaptable and happy to roll up their sleeves when needed Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus Company Industry IT - Software Services Department / Functional Area QualityTestingQAQCInspector Keywords Senior QA Manager Get real-time job updates only on our App
