Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities in the Egyptian market.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project owners, and key decision-makers.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.Present HVAC solutions to clients and provide technical consultations.Coordinate with the engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams during bidding and execution stages.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.Monitor project pipelines and maintain an accurate sales forecast.Follow up on project approvals, specifications, and consultant registrations.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management.
