As a Senior Software Developer at Schneider Electric, you will architect and develop sophisticated applications that meet user requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer or Computer Science. At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or application development. Strong software engineering expertise, with the ability to architect complete software solutions, including programming languages, databases, and system architecture. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how work flows in software companies, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, release, and support. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, and iterative delivery). Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into logical technical solutions. Experience with version control, code reviews, and testing practices. Ability to lead a team and to guide, mentor, and review the work of other engineers, supporting the development of junior team members. Basic commercial and operational experience, with an understanding of how software solutions support business goals, customer needs, and day-to-day operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in multicultural, international teams.
