Senior Software Engineer - IBM BAW

Essential Job Functions: Analyze business process requirements and translate them into technical workflow designs. Design workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow. Develop process applications, services, coaches (user interfaces), and integrations. Configure business rules and case management solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and production support. Integrate BAW with Java components, databases, REST services, SOAP services, and enterprise systems. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base content. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, and other technical teams. Troubleshoot complex application issues and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Banking, insurance, finance, or other enterprise workflow projects. 4+ years of experience
• IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet
• OpenShift, container platforms, or cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Solution design, customer-facing consulting, or technical leadership
