Senior Software Engineer - Pega (CLSA)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based applications, focusing on real-time interaction management. Architect and deliver solutions using Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance digital solutions. Apply best practices in Pega application design, case management, and system integration. Drive technical discussions and provide guidance on architecture and design decisions. Work within Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, development, and delivery. Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to DevOps practices. Support and mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
