Senior Solution Analyst - Banking

Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and break them down into solution components. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications , including SRDs. Contribute to the preparation and validation of Low-Level Designs (LLDs) . Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions. Ensure domain alignment across payment systems and core banking platforms . Support solution design, integration, and testing phases with clear, structured documentation. Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business IT alignment. Ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and applicable regulatory frameworks . Provide implementation support and maintain up-to-date solution documentation. Experience 5+ years of experience in solution analysis or business analysis within the banking domain . Proven experience analyzing BRDs and producing BRD/SRD documentation and functional specifications. Hands-on exposure to Low-Level Design (LLD) and development environments. Demonstrated experience working in KSA s banking sector is preferred. Domain Knowledge Strong domain expertise in payment systems and core banking platforms . Understanding of banking business portfolios and product structures. Awareness of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Technical Skills Ability to work across technical aspects including APIs, system integrations, and system architecture . Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Experience supporting integration and testing phases.
