ServiceNow Project Manager (HF)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Description As part of our business development, we are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager (M/F) to lead digital transformation projects using the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for the success of the projects, from scoping to production deployment, ensuring team coordination, adherence to deadlines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables. Your tasks Manage implementation, development and migration projects for the ServiceNow platform. Gather and analyze business needs in collaboration with stakeholders. Define the schedule, resources, budgets and ensure the monitoring of project indicators. Facilitate the scoping and functional design workshops. Coordinate the functional and technical teams and the various partners. Monitor development, testing, acceptance and deployment phases. Identify and manage risks, dependencies and associated action plans. To guarantee the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction. Supporting users during the change management phases. Produce project reports and ensure regular communication with sponsors and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation around the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, engineering or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, including significant experience on ServiceNow projects . Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its main modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM or equivalent). Experience with Agile (Scrum) and/or V-model methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mind, organizational skills and results orientation. Technical skills Project management (planning, budget, risks, governance). ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM (depending on the projects). Project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or equivalent). Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Good understanding of ITIL processes. Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Now Assist or equivalents) to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables. To monitor technological developments related to AI and their integration into the ServiceNow ecosystem. Strengths ServiceNow CSA certification . ITIL v4 , PMP , Prince2 or Scrum Master certifications . Prior experience with generative AI solutions or ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist) is a plus. Experience in an international or multicultural context. Good level of French and English.
