Showroom Sales Executive

Welcome showroom visitors and help customers choose suitable products. Present and demonstrate swimming pools, accessories and outdoor products. Explain product features, installation requirements and warranty conditions. Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media. Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and close sales. Handle retail and wholesale enquiries. Maintain customer records and sales information in the CRM/ERP system. Coordinate stock availability, deliveries and installations with the relevant team. Provide after-sales customer support. Maintain showroom displays and product information. Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in retail, showroom or sales is preferred. Good spoken and written English is required. Arabic language skills are an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Confident using WhatsApp Business, email and basic computer applications. Responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn. Driving license Experience in swimming pools, outdoor furniture, garden products or home improvement is an advantage.
