Site Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and manage all fit-out works at the project site. Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the client. Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule. Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Coordinate with the design, BIM, MEP, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements before execution. Monitor material deliveries and ensure availability for site activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. Identify site issues and propose practical engineering solutions. Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Prepare snag lists and ensure timely completion of all outstanding works before handover. Support project close-out activities, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering. Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishing works. Experience in luxury villas, residential, commercial, hospitality, or office fit-out projects is preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Good knowledge of project coordination and site management. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination is an advantage. Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
