Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with brand objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and voice in every post. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions timely, fostering positive relationships with followers. Create content with the help on AI. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in digital strategy. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, demonstrating a track record of successful campaigns. Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot) are highly desirable to validate expertise. Experience in a fast-paced industry, such as tech or real estate, showcasing adaptability and innovative thinking.
