Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Manage all company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X. Design and create engaging travel content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional creatives. Develop full content strategies and monthly calendars aligned with travel campaigns and seasonal offers. Follow competitor travel agencies and market trends to continuously improve content quality and performance. Build strong brand presence and engagement across Arabic-speaking markets. Media Buying & Performance Marketing Manage and optimize daily advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other digital platforms. Achieve daily leads and increase daily sales through paid advertising campaigns. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ROAS. Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports. Implement and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Travel Industry Expertise & Product Development Must have strong experience in a travel agency or tourism company. Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel products, holiday packages, visas, flights, hotels, transfers, tours, cruises, and MICE services. Knowledge of travel suppliers, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and wholesale tourism partners is mandatory. Ability to design and develop travel products and holiday packages based on market demand and supplier deals. Work closely with suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive offers. Follow and analyze competitor travel agencies to improve pricing, offers, and marketing strategies. Sales & Business Growth Support Drive high-quality leads that convert into confirmed bookings and revenue. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handling of leads and bookings. Improve conversion rates by optimizing marketing messages and targeting. Increase online sales, inquiries, and overall company revenue through digital channels. Identify new opportunities in the travel market and propose new campaigns and destinations. SEO & Website Optimization (Mandatory) Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve Google rankings and organic traffic. Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and travel packages for search engines. Perform keyword research related to travel destinations and tourism services. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Improve website visibility and lead generation through SEO best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Native Arabic speaker (Mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a travel agency or tourism company in the UAE or GCC. Strong experience in media buying, social media management, and digital marketing. Deep knowledge of travel industry products, suppliers, and operations (inbound & outbound). Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and SEO tools. Strong ability to design travel packages and understand market demand. Experience in content creation (photo/video editing is an advantage). Strong analytical, creative, and performance-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
