Software Sales Executive — Real Estate CRM

Whispyr CRM is hiring a Software Sales Executive — Real Estate CRM.Whispyr is a real-estate brokerage operating system built for Egyptian sales teams. We help brokerages manage leads, WhatsApp conversations, follow-ups, teams, meetings, reports, and client history in one system.This is a full-cycle sales role. You will prospect real-estate brokerages, qualify decision-makers, run product demos, close semi-annual and annual subscriptions, collect payments, train client teams, and remain the primary point of contact for accounts you close.Responsibilities:- Build and manage a pipeline of real-estate brokerages in Egypt- Speak with brokerage owners, sales managers, team leaders, and operations teams- Understand client pain around lost leads, WhatsApp chaos, Excel tracking, follow-up, and existing CRMs- Run clear product demos and explain Whispyr in a practical way- Follow up with prospects and move deals through the pipeline- Negotiate, close subscriptions, and collect payments- Onboard and train client teams after closing- Maintain accurate pipeline, notes, and account updates inside WhispyrCompensation:EGP 10,000–15,000 base salary + 5% commission on all collected revenue from accounts you close, including renewals.
