Solution Architect

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Solution Architect is responsible for driving the technical vision and leadership across software development initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices while delivering high-quality products. The Tech Lead will balance strategic planning with hands-on development, serving as the primary technical advisor for projects and ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration between all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap in line with overall business goals. Lead architectural design decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability. Project Management & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Manage resource allocation and coordinate with product managers, designers, and quality assurance teams. Team Development & Collaboration: Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and maintain high performance. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams using agile methodologies. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Implement and enforce coding standards, robust testing, and continuous integration practices. Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline development workflows. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights. Present progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum of 10 years in software development with a significant portion in leadership roles. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments. Proficient in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#). Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms. Strong experience with agile methodologies, continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and other modern DevOps practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to handle complex technical challenges. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities. A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for technology and continuous learning, with a demonstrated record of keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
