What You’ll Do: Be the face of our brand – handle parts inquiries and sales through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer needs and offer the perfect parts solutions to match. Prepare competitive quotations, follow up like a pro, and close the deal. Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and grow our customer base. Upsell accessories, lubricants, and add-on products to maximize revenue. Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to meet internal parts needs. Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and client interactions. Assist in inventory management—stock checks, reordering, and neat organization. Use cataloguing systems and inventory software for quick and precise part identification. Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-first approach. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive parts & cataloguing systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Computer literate with good typing speed (30–40 WPM). Goal-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities. It’s a Plus If You Have: Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicle brands. Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, or others). A valid UAE driving license. Residence in Dubai (strongly preferred). Employment Type Full-time
