Special Project Manager

The Academic Department within the Operations Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Special Project Manager on a full-time basis. This critical role involves managing specialized academic projects that contribute to the strategic development and success of educational initiatives. Responsibilities Oversee the complete management and execution of special projects, ensuring quality standards and adherence to project timelines. Plan and coordinate human and material resources to guarantee efficient and effective project implementation. Collaborate with various departments within the academic division to ensure project alignment with organizational strategic goals. Prepare detailed periodic reports on project progress and share these reports with stakeholders. Resolve emergent issues promptly and provide innovative solutions that ensure continuous workflow and achievement of objectives. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the academic or educational project sectors. Strong organizational and managerial skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English is considered an advantage.
