SQL & SSRS Report Developer – Banking Domain (Currently in UAE Only)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports for banking, finance, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports. Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to gather reporting requirements. Develop data extraction scripts and ensure accurate data retrieval from SQL Server and Oracle databases. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure report accuracy. Collaborate with Data Warehouse and ETL teams for data integration and reporting. Optimize SQL performance and troubleshoot reporting issues. Maintain documentation for report logic, data lineage, and reporting specifications. Ensure timely delivery of regulatory and business reports while adhering to banking compliance standards. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL query development, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Experience working with Oracle Database. Good understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts. Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development. Mandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Finance, or Risk reporting is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred.
