SQL & SSRS Report Developer – Banking Domain

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level SSRS reports for banking and regulatory reporting. Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for business and regulatory stakeholders. Gather reporting requirements from Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Business teams. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction scripts. Improve SQL performance and optimize reporting solutions. Work closely with Data Warehouse and ETL teams to source and validate reporting data. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy. Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory and financial reports. Maintain report documentation, data lineage, and report specifications. Troubleshoot reporting issues and continuously enhance reporting performance. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams throughout the reporting lifecycle. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain data integrity in all reporting activities. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Mandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and Advanced SQL Programming. Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development. Good knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL concepts, and Stored Procedures. Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Compliance Reporting, and Financial Data Management. Strong understanding of Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Quality Assurance. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SSRS certification or equivalent professional experience is an added advantage. Candidates currently based in the UAE with a valid Own Visa will be preferred.
