HR Executive

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies. Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters. Coordinate employee performance review processes and maintain performance records. Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events. Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee attendance and leave information. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Experience posting and managing job advertisements on recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar job portals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
