Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities for custom software development and AI solutions Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs, and startups Understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution positioning Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and tech meetups across the UAE.
