Sr. Estimator (Roads and Infrastructure)

Sr. Estimator (Roads and Infrastructure) (Nationality: Indian / Filipino) We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Services Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender reports
• Conduct site visits and quantity verification for lump-sum tenders
• Research labor, material, and production costs
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor quotations
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals using estimation software
• Submit tenders and follow up with clients
• Post-Contract Services Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets
• Coordinate cost reporting and project progress updates
• Present estimates and cost analyses to clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain cost databases and pricing records
• Support continuous improvement and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estimation and tendering, specifically in Road and Infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tendering processes
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
