This role is perfect for an experienced professional ready to make a significant difference.Responsibilities:Strategically develop and implement robust Organization Culture initiatives that foster engagement, collaboration, and high performance.Design, evaluate, and optimize Organization Structure to align with strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency.Develop and refine comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational needs.Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various departments to drive accountability and measure success.Analyze and streamline Workflows to improve productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.Manage and enhance Performance Management Systems (PMS), ensuring fair, consistent, and effective performance evaluation and development.Lead change management efforts, guiding the organization through transitions with clear communication and strategic support.Collaborate with leadership to identify organizational development needs and implement innovative solutions.Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Skills & Technologies: This role demands expertise in Organization Culture development, Organization Structure optimization, Job Description (JD) creation, KPI implementation, Workflow analysis, and Performance Management Systems (PMS) management, Succession Planning. Strong capabilities in talent management, change management, and HR strategy are essential.Impact: Your work will directly impact employee engagement, operational efficiency, and overall business performance, making you a key driver of our continued success and growth.
