Sr. Sales Engineer

Job Vacancy – Senior Sales Engineer Industrial Refrigeration Equipment | UAE We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Refrigeration Sales Team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales of industrial refrigeration equipment, including screw compressors, evaporative condensers, condensing units, ice machines, and related equipment. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and follow up on inquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refrigeration solutions. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

equirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial refrigeration equipment industry. Currently based in the UAE. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Strong technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Familiarity with the UAE industrial refrigeration market and customer network.
