Supplier Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:AutoCycle is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to expanding our supplier network by identifying, engaging, and successfully onboarding new automotive parts dealers onto the AutoCycle platform. The ideal candidate will be the face of AutoCycle to our potential suppliers, building strong relationships, explaining our value proposition, and ensuring a smooth integration process. This position involves significant on-ground interaction, data collection, and a keen understanding of market feedback. Key Responsibilities:       Supplier Identification & Outreach: Actively identify and target potential automotive parts suppliers (importers, distributors, retailers) across Egypt.       On-Ground Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings with prospective suppliers to introduce AutoCycle, explain our platform, and articulate the benefits of partnership.       Onboarding Process Management: Guide suppliers through the entire onboarding journey, ensuring all required information is accurately collected via our digital registration form.       Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers, acting as their primary point of contact during the initial phase.       Data Collection & Feedback: Systematically collect detailed supplier information, including their business model, willingness to partner, guarantee commitments, and reasons for any reluctance or refusal. This includes .       Market Intelligence: Gather and report valuable market feedback from supplier interactions to inform business model adjustments, product development, and sales strategies.       Script Adherence & Adaptation: Utilize the provided onboarding script effectively, adapting to conversational flow while ensuring all key questions are covered.       Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and product teams to relay supplier needs and contribute to continuous platform improvement.       Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all supplier interactions and onboarding progress.
