Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different sales positions within the company. Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring). Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters. Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company. Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding. Desired Candidate Profile 6 months up to 2 years of related experience in HR. (Real-estate Experience is a plus) Communication and Problem-Solving Skills Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker Excellent written and spoken English
