Technical Coordinator

Act as the central communication hub between internal departments (Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Projects), ensuring seamless workflow, accurate tracking of deliverables, and strictly maintained project logs. • Coordinate the flow of technical information and documentation across all internal departments and external stakeholders. • Create, monitor, and continuously update comprehensive departmental logs, including drawing registers, material submittals, and RFI trackers. • Track cross-functional project milestones to ensure timely handover of deliverables between design, consultancy, and site execution teams. • Organize inter-departmental coordination meetings, record critical action items, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. • Streamline administrative and technical workflows to support project managers and design leads, acting as the primary point of control for document management. Desired Candidate Profile • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in interior fit-out, design consultancy, and architectural contracting. • Exceptional organizational skills with strong proficiency in document control, project tracking tools, and reporting. • High-level communication and stakeholder management abilities to align multi-disciplinary teams and prevent information silos.
