Technical Delivery Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and digital solutions. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional technical teams, manage project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of quality while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader with strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers. Define project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation support. Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports for executive leadership. Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers when required. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in software delivery, project management, or technology operations. At least 3 years of experience leading technical delivery teams. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Monday.com. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are considered an advantage. Requirements Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred. Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable. Saudi Nationality is required.
