We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal. #VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to drive the delivery and governance of multiple large-scale, high-complexity programmes within the UK IT & Digital landscape. The role focuses on managing business demand, overseeing CAPEX-funded initiatives, and enabling business growth through effective delivery and lean governance practices. The individual will be accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, working across cross-functional teams, technologies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation and technology capability enhancements. What you ll do Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards Develop and own integrated project plans, consolidating inputs across Agile and delivery teams (including sprint, scrum, testing, integration, and release) Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), ensuring adherence to milestones and delivery commitments Implement lean governance practices that prioritise ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparency Oversee programme financials, including CAPEX/OPEX management, supplier commercials, and budget forecasting Maintain clear, consistent communication with senior stakeholders to build trust and transparency across time, cost, scope, and quality dimensions Use data-driven insights to track performance, including effort and cost burn-down analysis Govern the effective use of Azure DevOps, ensuring consistent utilisation of dashboards, plans, and delivery roadmaps Define programme direction, priorities, scope, and delivery roadmap in collaboration with release management and key stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, including system integrators and third-party partners Who you are Egyptian national currently residing in Egypt Demonstrated experience (typically 7+ years) delivering complex ICT programmes end-to-end Certified in PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner Knowledge of application and software development lifecycle methodologies Experience leading transformation initiatives and managing cross-cultural, matrixed teams Strong leadership capability with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams in both direct and indirect reporting structures Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, with strong data visualisation and presentation skills MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior audiences Not a perfect fit?
