Technical Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative technical solutions that align with business objectives. Conduct regular technical assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in project management. Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Act as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, risks, and progress. Mentor and develop junior technical staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill enhancement. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile are highly desirable to validate project management expertise. Experience in the software development industry, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, along with familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
